- Lodge Yggdrasill is an Oral Family Tradition. - We are Heathens of Scottish, Norwegian, Irish, and American descent. - Member of the American Vinland Association (AVA) - Patriots of the Aesir and Vanir.Our Mission Statement:"To preserve Our Race, Our Ancestors, and the names of Our Gods, in the face of adversity.""Our Race" - Our Race, refers to the race of all magick-folk, not an implication to any color of skin."Our Ancestors" - Our Ancestors refers to those with whom we are "genetically" linked, as well as those who live in our memory of deeds."Our Gods" - Our Gods, refers to a specific order of deities, which we are bound by OATH to protect, and honor.Our Lodge has gone through many trials over the past (almost) 16 years...making those of us who remain...stronger. "Lodge", as the name implies, is our home. "Yggdrasill", is the Tree Of The Universe upon which We, our Ancestors, and our Gods traverse through time, and magick.We live our lives by a simple code, a philosophy of honour if you will: 'The first time you sit at our table and break bread with us, you are our guest. The second time you sit at our table and break bread with us, and every time thereafter; you are there upon your own merit.' That is to say; that each member of Lodge Yggdrasill is held accountable for their own actions, words and deeds.We are not interested in making well-versed ritualists.... Instead, we put all of our focus on creating warriors and heroes. We do what is right...not what is popular. We nuture our young and protect our old. We feed the hungry, heal the sick, clean our highways, and pay homage to our veterans...regardless of creed, path or politics. We carve our own path...like our ancestors did...unified and equal, as we are.
