People who submit graphix to be voted upon are displayed and can be voted upon by ANYONE according to the listed date FOR VOTING ONLY. It's a 24 hour voting time period. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO VOTE. But of course, we'd love to have you join and participation is a requirement. By merely voting once a month in our contest would suffice as participation. This year, 2009, our contests will take on a better structure in an effort to assist all who want to enter and vote.
