																																With our combined skills, knowledge, common sense, and equipment as resources we will provide a thorough investigation focused on capturing evidence of the phenomena at hand for analysis and for validation. Our approach is scientifically based with the added component of spiritual openness to whatever phenomena we may encounter.
																																Research plays a large role in our approach. Past events, when known or knowable, often lend credence to current events, and can help refine a catalogue of isolated data into a viable explanation. P.O.R.T. will research all histories, lore, accounts and documentation on the buildings and grounds directly involved or adjacent so that we may better correlate the accounts of our client and the historical data collected.
																																We are prepared to enlist the aid of clairvoyants, mediums, demonologists, or religious authorities. These measures will only be taken at the request of the client or with the consent of our client. We cannot guarantee we can eliminate the phenomena, but we will take any and all measures to do what we can to alleviate the bothersome activity or at least to offer suggestions of techniques to deal with it.
