How quickly will I receive my order?
 
All orders (except RUSH) are shipped within 3 days of order placement.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with a tracking #, and will be received within 5-7 business days. 
RUSH orders will ship within 24 hours of order receipt and will be received within 3 days of shipping. 
 
 
How will my order be shipped? 
 

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. RUSH orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail and will be received within 3 days of shipping.
 
 
How much will shipping cost?
 

Regular shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is $7.00 per order + $0.65 per pound. USPS Express Mail is $13.00 per order + $1.50 per pound. 
 
 
In what ways can I place an order? 
 

You may place an order via the internet on this website, by email, or by phone.
 
 
What types of payment are accepted?
 

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover card through the secure PayPal payment portal. 
 
 
Will my order be insured? 
 

Any purchase over $25 will be insured.
 
 
What is your return policy?
 

Any item(s) may be returned for exchange only within 5 days of receipt (excluding used and/or damaged items). 
There are no returns on custom made items. Please call us at  310-598-3657  for a return authorization # PRIOR to returning merchandise.
A copy of the invoice must be included in the package.
The package must also be sent back via a trackable mailing method and should be insured.
Items must be returned in original packaging, and inside of a padded envelope (please DO NOT give any indication of the contents on the outside of the return package).
Damaged and/or used items will not be exchanged.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
We will resize your jewelry at no cost, if needed.
 
All of the above conditions must be met in order to process a return. Otherwise, the return will be mailed back to you.

How do I determine my size?
 

Here is a chart of standard necklace sizes:
16” = Choker: Fits the neck snuggly
17-19” = Princess: Right at the collar bone
20” = Matinee (short): A few inches below the collar bone
22” = Matinee (medium): Right at or slightly above the neckline
23-24” = Matinee (long): Below the neckline.
28-34” = Opera: Sits at or below the breast.
38” or more: Rope
 
If you want to ensure a perfect fit, you can easily measure your neck, wrist, or ankle by wrapping a piece of ribbon around your neck, wrist, or ankle and marking the spot where the ribbon overlaps. Lay the ribbon down next to a ruler and record the length. For a necklace, this will tell you how long a choker should be. (To move up in size from there, add between 2-3” for each size increase.) For a bracelet or anklet, the number you record from your ruler is the size.

Any and all information given during the process of placing an order for jewelry is used solely for the purpose of processing that order and is strictly confidential. This information will not be sold or distributed in any way. Additionally, any credit card or other billing information will not be used on any future order without express permission from the credit card holder to use the credit card on file.
The buyer's contact information (i.e. phone # or email address) may be used to contact buyers if they have questions, or to send email with special offers, if prior permission is given.
All credit card orders are received through a secure shopping cart and processed through PayPal, a secure gateway.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
 

DO’s
1) DO store any anklets, necklaces and bracelets flat.
2) DO wipe your jewelry after wearing, with a soft, clean, damp cloth. This will augment the luster of the jewelry.
3) DO store all jewelry in a dry, clean, dust free container. Also, the storage container should have a soft inside lining. (A velvet lined jewelry box is a good idea)
4) DO put on jewelry AFTER applying cosmetics, hair products, lotions, perfumes, or oils.
5) DO safeguard your jewelry from extreme sunlight, extreme temperatures, and from very harsh chemicals.
6) DO remove your bracelet(s) before washing your hands, if possible.
7) DO store jewelry pieces separately. (If stacking, use soft cloths to separate your jewelry pieces. Or, store each piece individually using small plastic bags.)
8) DO try to minimize exposure to the sun.DONT’s
1) DON’T use jewelry cleaner on ANY of your beaded and/or silver jewelry. (Cleaner is intended for gold jewelry)
2) DON’T store jewelry pieces together, as they will scratch each other.
3) DON’T wear your beaded or silver jewelry while doing indoor/outdoor chores.
4) DON’T wear any type of jewelry while showering, swimming, or otherwise just getting wet. (This will minimize the damage that the harsh chemical chlorine can do to your jewelry. Also salt water is damaging as well)
5) DON’T wear your jewelry when engaged in any activity that could potentially damage your jewelry. (i.e. sports)
