Service Overview:
Debris Removal
Our crews will remove all interior and 
exterior debris from your property as authorized by you. We will calculate the 
cost according to the amount debris either in cubic yards or feet. If you 
require an estimate for an excessive amount of debris, we will give you an 
estimate. We will prove photos of a truck box before and after the job is 
completed. 
Lawn Maintenance 

We will maintain your lawn appearance that 
will meet local requirements for foreclosed properties to include loan type 
guidelines. We perform initial, weekly, and monthly lawn maintenance, which 
include trimming of excessive vegetation such as brushes, shrubs, and new 
branches.
Board Ups

We secure properties by boarding up structures 
due to fire and other disasters by securing windows, doors, i.e., and all other 
openings thereby ensuring the property as not accessible. We also provide photos 
of work before and after completion. 
Security Door 
Installation
We install doors when doors are broken or 
missing.
Property Re-Securing
We can re-secure your property due to 
vandalism or any other causes within 24 to 48 hours.
Lock Changes
We can change the lock(s) adhering to key code 
according to the regulatory requirements for the loan type standards unless 
other instructed by you.
Pool and Spa Security
We secure pool(s) and hot tub gates according 
to the high standards set by HUD specifications for the area the property 
location. We can also place a tarp or wire mesh on the pool to make the pool 
inaccessible.
