Boredom.

 Hi everyone. Here I am, blogging again. This entry today is the result of my boredom. I'm so bored today that I'll be blabbing about nonsense, random stuff until my boredom subsides and I think of something fun to do. Please bear with me. xo It's just that hardly anyone's online today and I have nothing to do. It's like everything's the same everyday. When you keep doing the same thing over and over and nothing's even new, it just gets too boring. Sigh. I dunno.I used that icon today *points to icon* because I'm starting to crave for Starbucks again. I'm waiting for some sort of occasion that'll make us go to the mall and I can buy some Choco Fraps at Starbucks because I really want some right now. T.T Yeah, yeah. I know it's expensive and I'm spending 145 pesos for one Grande drink, but that's what effect Starbucks gave to me. It can't be helped. :)) I wanna try out some new flavors, though. All I ever order there is chocolate. Well, I'll just decide when I get there. :DHmm. What else is good to talk about? Ah! Fanfiction. I haven't been active in FFN for about six months now. I've just been so busy lately and I can't find time. But now even on Christmas break, I still can't get typing. It's like, the story, everything's in my head already and I can picture it so clearly but I can't bring myself into typing it. Whenever I try to, I just end up getting bored or distracted like always. =.= I don't know what's wrong with me. I know many people are waiting for my updates, isn't that motivation enough? I can't believe how much I'm neglecting my stories now. Do you think maybe I should just retire already? Nahh. I'm too young to retire. I haven't even finished any of my stories yet. =.= I'll just try to do my best at it--and hope inspiration and motivation comes to me again.Ooh, Mom wants me to make some buttered toast. She just loves it when I make it. XD I'll stop here for now. What's that? You're asking what's so good about buttered toast?Okiee, here's a quick recipe to show you:You need some sliced bread, butter and sugar. You smear some butter on one side of the bread and sprinkle some sugar on top. Heat a pan. Once it's hot, put the bread (facing downwards) on the pan. Wait until the sugar is caramelized with the butter and it turns golden brown. Flip it over to toast the other side of the bread. After that, let it cool for a few minutes and there you have it! Sweet Buttered Toast! XDHahaha. Wasn't that fun? Buttered Toast, Nikki-chan Style. :D Maybe I should try making my own cooking show. What do you think? Kidding! XD Okiee, I'll be back later. Happy holidays, guys! This is part two of my post last night! I just can't stop looking at my blog. x3 Anyways, I'll be talking about the Christmas Party at my school last December 19, 2008. Have so much to tell you about, so, let's begin!We actually had exams before the party. It's just... torture. We had four hard exams on the first day, two on the next, another two on the third day, and two on the last day. Yes, four days of exams. But that was just because of the party on the fourth day of exams. Good thing it was just PE and Health. I think I did a pretty good job. :DMy outfit, you'll see on the right. I don't have a solo picture of myself, so here's a pic of me (in the middle) with my two best friends. See how pink I am? XD Yeaa, I lalalalove my outfit. But I didn't wear the headband too often though. Sigh. I dunno. I just can't keep something on my head too long. XD But either way, I stood out because of my pinkish-ness in class. The party proceeded after the mass. Half of our class exchanged gifts and afterwards, we ate our food. Waaa. I wasn't able to take a picture of our food, but I think Alyanna has. :D The refrigerated cake was one of the best. I loved it so much and I couldn't get enough of it that I wasn't able to eat the Chocolate Mousse Cake I got. I just threw it. What a waste. =.=Afterwards, we started with the second batch of people who will exchange gifts. And guess what? I was the last one! Hahaha. Kristine got me as her Kris Kringle and she gave me two pink bags which is just so cute. We also played games and it won us "useful consolation prizes" like toothpaste and cotton buds. XDIt was already one o'clock and we started cleaning our classroom--removing the decorations and cleaning the leftover foods. My friends and I were all excited since we were going to Tricia's house for her birthday party. But first, we were stopping by at Trinoma to buy some drinks at Starbucks and meet a special friend. We were surprised though, since there was COCC and we had to attend first, which took us forever to get done for. After bidding our goodyes and salutes, we got in Tricia's L300 and waited. Tricia's mom was scolding her and they wanted us to go straight to her house instead of Trinoma. So we did. It was very awkward, though.So we went to Tricia's room and that's where we settled. It was so quiet, really. We weren't doing anything and Tricia was just offering us drinks. We had no fan, no music, no television. I know Tricia was trying hard to entertain us, but it was just really, really, really boring. Maybe it livened up when we started gossiping and talking about a certain "someone" and we couldn't stop laughing. Ariane just fell asleep while we talked and we were asking Tricia if we could open the television but she kept saying, "Bawal eh." Which was kinda annoying. We already had nothing to do and it was still not allowed. I thought that once we get there, we'll be eating whatever was prepared, but turns out we just did nothing. Alyanna and I were so annoyed because we should've gone to Trinoma first because we just wasted a lot of time and we kept the friend we were supposed to meet waiting. No offense to Tricia, of course.When it was already 4pm, I told Alyanna that we should go already, but when we went downstairs, Tricia's mom asked us to stay for 30 more minutes so that they could cook the food. That set a fire. I mean, when we were just about to leave, that's the time they thought about cooking the food? So we did nothing but sit at the table, waiting again. Tricia accompanied us to buy some load so we can text our friend in Trinoma that we'll be late.It was already 5pm and they still weren't done. We told Tricia that we had to go already and that's when they brought out the food. So we tried to eat as much as we can so we could leave early. We sang Tricia a fast, yes fast, happy birthday and darted out when we said goodbye to Tricia's family.Before we rode a jeepney, we went to Pastry Passion and I bought a Strawberry Shortcake for mom as a Christmas present. Alyanna bought one, too. The box is just so cute, but I wasn't able to take a picture of it since mom threw it out without my knowledge after eating the cake. T.T Maybe next time I go there, I'll make sure to take a pic of it. :DBy the time we set foot in Trinoma, we went to Starbucks and waited for our friend. When we finally saw her, at first I didn't know how to react. I just said hi and gave her a Christmas/birthday present. We took lotsa pics, of course. :)Yep, I met my Aisha-neechan // minahoru. She's the one holding the teddy bear. Hahahaha. I know, I'm taller than her. XD I've always thought she was taller. Anyways, the time I had with her was just so short. We only hung out for two hours. She treated us to Starbucks by force (=.=) but I just had to agree. ^^Yes. Be jealous. Be very jealous. :P I just realized I've been craving for Starbucks this past few months. Well, what can I say? A girl just needs to have her Chocolate Frappucinos and Chocolate Cream Chips. :PWhen I got home, I opened the rest of my gifts and took pictures of them. I kept texting with Aisha-nee until I fell asleep. It was a really tiring but fun day--one of the best Christmases I've ever had. I hope next year would be even better. ^^Hmm.  Doesn't that icon just look so good?? :D Hahaha, hey guys! Long time no see! I've missed blogging so much! And now, here I am, back after two months! XD Do you notice something different around here? Come on, you'd be blind if you didn't. XD My new blog skin! I finally finished making it! Two days to be exact. It's my first time and I'm just so proud of it. Of course, thanks a lot to Mi-chan for guiding me here. Without her help, I wouldn't have been able to do all this. Thanks a lot, dearie. Love yah. :DToo pink? Yeah, I know. x3 I almost lost my mind learning HTML in one night. Hahaha. I even got scolded for this because I spent too much time on it. Well, I just finished it just this afternoon while watching Titanic. XD That movie made my cry again. T.T But I really love that! :P Anyways, this layout's pretty much inspired by my past ParaSent layout. I just really love that layout. =3 I've also changed some stuff in my sidebar, but everything's pretty much the same. Ooh, I changed my song, too. Our Song didn't seem to match this skin anymore. :DOh yeah, have you met Gumdrop? He's the cute red one there that has earned his own spot in my sidebar. :D Ain't he just the cutest thing? We All Deserve a Break.

Finally, it's over. Goodbye textbooks, lessons, pop quizzes and teachers--hello, sweet, sweet semestral break. I can't believe that for the next 10 days I'll be able to stay up late, sleep late and wake up late any time I want! I've just been so busy and it's great to have a break. Now I'll be able to do the stuff I want to do; finishing my stories, posting in this blog, watching DVDs and sleeping. =]So many things have happened. Let's go back a few days.The cake I made for our Individual Cake-Making in TLE was fairly okay. I wasn't able to eat lunch for 3 straight days because of that. It's from 9:30-12:45, and all I ate were the cakes from my classmates. Mine was Semi-Liquid Chocolate Cake, and it looked and tasted like a brownie! I'm not complaining, though. It tasted real good, even my classmates said so. I'm just proud I was able to bake something on my own for the first time in my life. P=My exams are over and I can say I'm not that satisfied with the results. Sigh. Chemistry, History and Trigonometry. Especially Chem. Gahh. I'm so toast. I passed the other ones, though. My report card is at stake! Waa.The reach-out was a whole lot of fun! We went to Marikina to this orphanage. I was reading Breaking Dawn in the bus but I got dizzy so I stopped. My BFFs and I just slept because the ride took soooo long! We took a lot of pictures of ClaYaNikz and my class. The greatest part was eating at McDonald's and on our way back, we saw this giant, red Converse shoe! We were all screaming and taking pictures of it. Luckily, Kuya Driver was nice enough to stop and we all rushed outside and took loads of pictures with it! It was so cool, really. When we got home at around 11:30 am, we didn't have any classes. We just rested in the classroom and prepared for the Procession. I, having a camera with me, took loads of pictures in the class, with my classmates and adviser. I got home very, very exhausted at about 6 in the evening.The Recollection was rather boring. No, wait. Really boring compared to last year's which was a whole lot of fun. We laughed, cried, shared feelings and had loads of activities, with our Religion teacher, Sir Gabs hosting it. This year, seminarians were our hosts. It was like we were just having a lecture. I could even see my classmates falling asleep. It was really boring. The only good part was the free food they gave us (recess, lunch and mirienda) and of course, the picture-taking with my classmates and Kuya Sam-Sam, our seminarian host. I thought we'll be able to have an open-forum and this person and I will be able to talk. Oh, well. Maybe Christmas. We requested that Sir Gabs will host next year's recollection, though he was not sure because our recollection will be in Baguio. I'm still crossing my fingers. ^^By the way, I got all my classmates hooked to Twilight! I have so many people lined up in borrowing my books, but I'm only planning on letting Ate Cla and Alyanna borrow. I really can't risk the "safety" of my books with the others, at least I know that my best friends will take care of my books. And because my class got interested in Twilight, we're going to watch the movie together, all of us, on Nov. 22, hopefully. I'm still not done with Breaking Dawn. Just a few more pages and it'll be all over. I really can't wait for the movie! ^^Yesterday was the last day of classes! We're going back to school on Nov. 4, which was supposed to be on Nov. 3. The principal, whose birthday was yesterday, dismissed us at 3:15 (usual time was 4:00) as a treat for us students. =]]Well, let's go to what happened today. We went to Ate Cla's house today to do our Investigatory Project. We're supposed to do our own cement, but when we got there, we watched the American version of Shutter first with her siblings and cousin. After the movie, we proceeded to making the project. We burned some coconut palm leaves for the cement recipe and sooner we ate lunch, Tita's Kare-Kare, which was really good. We were watching Matilda while eating, but we didn't finish since we needed to finish the project. We were already done an hour later and we're going to wait for 2-5 days for the result. After that we watched Little Rascals while snacking on Sumo, Cream-O, marshmallows and Iced Tea. Haha, we watched so many movies!I was really full, and I was supposed to buy Coke Float at McDo, but nahh, too full. I got home at about 6pm and here I am now typing this! XD I really had fun at Ate Cla's house. I borrowed 5 DVDs from her today, she borrowed my Twilight and Alyanna borrowed my New Moon.I'm gonna miss my bff's this Sem Break. Hope I'll still keep in touch with them. ^^Okay, this longer than I expected. Better stop now. I'll save it for next time! Bye guys. Gosh. It's been such a long week! I'm so tired. I can't wait for Semestral Break to come already. School's a drag and exams are killing me! I think I just failed Chemistry and Trigonometry again. I haven't been able to do any updating on anything like my stories or even this blog. I just wish life wasn't this hard. But, I guess we can't do anything about it, now can we? I'm just asking for a break, is all.What have I been up to? Studying, of course. Well, let's go to the other stuff. I've been taking a lot of pictures of myself, lately. The camera's been my best friend. Ever since I read some sort of quote in the internet, which I deleted by mistake, I started taking as many memorable pictures of myself as much as I can. It was quite long, but I remembered this certain line from it: Take too many pictures, laugh lots and live life to the fullest. Pictures are loooove.By the way, I just got Breaking Dawn last Friday and it is so awesome! Okay, so maybe I did take a peak at some parts just to spoil myself unwillingly, and I saw it. Saw how Jacob imprinted on Renesmee. Waa. It's more painful when I read it in the book than reading it off the internet. -sigh- I really like Jake, and for some reasons, I like him with Bella. Don't worry, I don't mean I hate Edward, I just find Jacob cute. His point-of-view is really funny with all his side comments. He's this typical teenager who's well, imperfect. Edward's too perfect for his own good. XD I still like them both, of course.I'll be able to read it again now that my exams are over. I'm just nervous about tomorrow. We're going to check the test papers. Waaa. So not good. Well, good thing is, our reach-out will be on Friday, so we won't have classes in the morning. Saturday, we're going to have our Recollection. Which reminds me, we also had our confession a week ago before our Field Demo. There's this room where 4 priests were seated in the four corners, and four of us students will enter to confess. After confessing, I unconsciously asked Father something and I had a chat with him about this problem ( I don't think it's called a problem. Why don't we just call it a situation?). I was asking for advice, and he was really helpful. It was fun to talk to him--we were laughing, really. I took so long. Everybody was going out already while I was still inside.I talked to him about this certain "person." Reference? Three posts down. The one entitled, A Brighter Side. Banana icon. =3I still don't know what'll happen to us. It's been, what? Two months since we've talked? People are beginning to notice since we usually fight or tease each other. I just don't know. I don't wanna talk to him untill he's apologized. I'm not sure if my pride is getting in the way or not, but I feel like I have every right not to talk to him until he's apologized since he was the one who offended me first. I think I'm not ready, either. Well, we'll just see what happens on Saturday, I guess.Ooh. Gotta go. Mom's calling me for dinner. Hope my exams turn out okay.See ya, guys. Wuv yah. Muah.♥. How many decades has it been since I updated this blog, again? I've been really busy so I didn't have any time. Anyways, moving on, do you know who these two people in my icon are? It would be so totally wrong if you guys didn't. Kristen Stewart playing as Isabella "Bella" Marie Swan and Robert Pattinson as Edward Anthony Masen Cullen in the upcoming movie, Twilight. Why did I put this icon here? Simple. I've been reading Twilight and I'm hooked. I've only read the first three books and will buy Breaking Dawn soon. I just found out a few days ago that the Twilight movie premiere in the Philippines will be on November 21, same as in America! What's more, November 21 is also our Field Trip! I'm convincing my friends that we go to the mall right after the field trip. XDSpeaking of field trips, we'll be watching Wanders. The whole student body (grade school, high school and I think college, too) will be going. The target number of students joining is 1000 so that we'll be able to get a discount. Then after the show, we're going to Enchanted Kingdom! That's like, one of the most awesome trips we'll be going to and my parents allowed me to come! I can't wait for it!=====Okay! You're all probably wondering what happened on my birthday, huh? I know, it's been, what? Days? Months? Well, there's nothing wrong with posting about it, right?Friday. September 19, my actual birthday. My Dad surprised me this morning with a huge bag of chocolates. When I got to school, my classmates were so annoying, writing on the board a big "Happy Birthday" with lotsa designs. Haha. I erased them, of course. ;)Good thing was, in Math class, if our birthday is on the same day we will be having our quiz then we're exempted! Waa. And I was exempted! I had been wishing the week before my birthday that our quiz will be on Friday so I'll get exempted, and my wish was granted!And since it was my special day, I tried to boss people around as much as I can. Naaah. Just kidding. But yeah, I just nagged my way to getting what I want. Hahaha.Saturday. English Club Reach-Out and Birthday Party Thingy. Okay, I wore this black and pink outfit my mom and I bought especially for this day to come. Okay, here's the exaggerated part, my hair was curled. @.@ And everybody was looking at me. So embarrassing! They even made me the emcee, which was just more embarrassing than I've ever imagined.Still, I had a blast. The students were all so active in participating. It's definitely one of the most memorable experiences of my life.There were much more stuff that happened on my birthday--like the birthday party at my house after the reach-out. I won't type them anymore, but I just want to let you guys know that I had an awesome time. And it's probably one of the best birthdays I've ever had.=====By the way, we had some Australian visitors at our school! There were, I think, 13 of them--12 girls and 1 boy. The guy's name was Jordan De Haas, and he is so cute! He's going back to Australia today and I didn't even get to take a picture with him! Waaa. Well, it's okay. I just hope I'll find his MySpace account.Our school's 50th year Jubillee was held yesterday. It was a celebration in preparation for the actual 5oth year of our school next year. It was good that I brought my camera with me. I took loads of pictures with my classmates. The day started off with a mass at our gymnasiun since our chapel is being renovated. Mayor Sonny Belmonte also came to our school as a guest speaker. I was feeling quite weird that morning; I was a bit dizzy and I'm seeing weird colors. Yeah, weird.After that, Ate Cla and I ate our lunch together with Tricia and Kristine and soon the motorcade started. My class and I were searching for a bus with no people inside, but we were all too late. We didn't even get to join, so we just waited at the Grand Stand, taking pictures with our adviser.We headed to an empty classroom to prepare for our field demonstration. We were all black; black shirts and black jogging pants. We also had uniform hairstyle--which was done with lots and lotsa hairspray. Ugh. I hate hairsprays.Oh yeah, my mom came to school for me. She wasn't supposed to, but she did. And right then, I really felt sick. I had a slight fever. They told me I felt hot, and maybe I shouldn't dance or else I'll collapse. I didn't agree, of course. My efforts will be wasted. Even though my teacher told me it's okay if I don't dance and I'll still get a perfect in the periodical exam--I wouldn't miss that opportunity.M'kay, here's the annoying part. I was up for it already, when my classmates saw the sky covered with gray clouds. When the performers before us already started dancing, it suddenly became dark--which was weird because it was so freaking hot earlier. We positioned ourselves, then yeah, it drizzled. My classmates were cheering nevertheless. They were also asking if I was okay since the wind was so strong and we were getting wet. I said I was, my mom thought otherwise.Then it started pouring hard and we ran to the shed, where my mom was... being a mom. So yeah, it started raining harder and harder, until the filed demo was cancelled. Total bummer. Good news was they said we'll continue on Monday. We were supposed to go home, but we stayed to watch the Cultural Festival with Alyanna. The first part was boring since it talked about the history of our school. But the presentation of dances from 1950's to present was really entertaining! Even our teachers danced!We went home by 9:15, and the program wasn't even finished yet. Alyanna had to stay until the end since she was going to do an article about it. Mom and I just bought food at Jollibee and ate it at home.It was a really tiring day. Still have a slight fever while typing this. I have a cold and I keep sneezing. No worries, I'm fine. C=We'll be going to the mall today to buy ingredients for TLE. We'll be making individual cakes on Tuesday. I wasn't supposed to come, but I really want to go so I can buy Breaking Dawn. Hahaha. Don't blame me, blame the Twilight Fan in me! I had the most wonderful time ever in my whole entire life. Maybe it was just me because I was so psyched about my birthday, that I think everything's just so absolutely perfect now. Naah. Nothing's perfect--but I feel awfully content and still hyper from what happened today. I wish my other friends came, but still, I was happy to have spent the day with my best friend, too.Because of our crave and love for books, my friends and I decided to join the Book Lovers' Club on their trip to Mall of Asia to this Book Fair. I was so glad when my parents agreed. At first I was having second thoughts since it was so far away, and some of my friends aren't sure if they will go. Truthfully enough, two of my best friends didn't go. Green's parents didn't allow her to go and Blue wasn't replying to our text messages so it just turned out to be only Purple and I, together with some other friends, who went there.We rode the school bus to MoA and it took us an hour to get there. Purple and I were talking about the stuff we will do, like buy clothes, eat ice cream, take pictures--it was actually pretty funny talking like that when we just came there to buy books. XD Anyways, we got to the convention center at 9, an hour early before the Book Fair opens. So we passed the time taking pictures. There was this long, huge escalator and you know what? We were so funny! We rode on it and asked our moderator to take pictures of us going up it--she even got up there herself! So much fun.Well, when the Book Fair officially opened, Purple and I stormed in, and the first thing I looked for was the Twilight series. There were so many of them! I managed to get my hands on New Moon, but had no luck on Eclipse--all of them were hard bound and I didn't have enough money for it. However, can you believe everything turned upside down? When we were browsing through the bookshelves, I found another pile of Twilight books, and one Eclipse book in soft bound cover! I immediately took it and, and guess what? It was the last one... again! Can you believe it? I always get so lucky! XDAnd after a long walk, we decided to head down to the MoA Food Court and after that, do some window-shopping (and shopping). We watched skaters at the skater rink and I bought the three of us best friends our own Rosary Friendship Rings from Blue Magic. They were so cute, I just couldn't resist.After an hour, we headed back to the Book Fair and go to where PowerBooks was. But since Purple and I were exhausted, we decided to go back to the bus, when all of a sudden, we saw this girl with red and black checkered skirt and socks followed by some girls wearing lolitas. We were like, "That's... that's... that's.... AMU!!!" Then we both shouted "COSPLAY!" and followed the Amu cosplayer. That was one of the best parts! We saw lots of cosplayers like Super Girl, Transformers, Hinamori Amu, Echizen Ryoma, Syusuke Fuji, the girl from Kill Bill (yellow suit), Ai Enma, Suzumiya Haruhi--and lots more! We have loads of pictures with them. It would've been more complete if the cast from La Corda D'Oro were there! XD We were already late because my friends were texting us to go to the bus now since we were the only ones they've been waiting for. We just couldn't leave--but in the end, we did. We were just laughing and showing off our pictures with the cosplayers to our friends.When I got home, I just told my parents about my day, and they couldn't believe I bought the two books after Twilight. But I just told them is was my gift to myself. Speaking of which, I'm already at the part where Bella's researching about vampires after knowing about them from Jacob. XDOh yeah, I need to go now. I saved this post in my draft last night, and it's already one o'clock here. We're going to the mall to buy clothes for my birthday. My mom's also gonna practice curling my hair so I need to jet.
