Hi everyone! I finally did a layout! I haven't done one since November...that's a long time because I love to do them. I just got so into the cards and stuff over the holidays and didn't really have time. O.K. so this one is very simple, I feel like I had a hard time getting back into it. I got the Cars cartridge for Christmas and my son has been asking me to please make a page with it, so here is my first attempt. So don't laugh but I thought I broke my sewing machine the other day, as I said before it wasn't really working out for me but yesterday my wonderful mom helped me figure it out and turns out i only broke the needle. This is only the second time since middle school that I have used a sewing machine so I think it's gonna take some practice!! lol! Anyway, here is what I used:Disney Pixar Cars Cricut Cartridge ~ Lightning McQueen#5 cut at 4", Route sign and speed limit sign cut at 1 1/2" (I think) "Let's Cruise" (can't remember what I cut this one at sorry) Pooh and Friends Cricut Cartridge ~ grass cut at 1" and sign post (again can't remember what size I cut at sorry)Paper is Sandyloin ~ Cars background sewing machine stitching around the photo matChalking all over Lightning McQueen and Route sign Pop dots for dimension Photo editing and journaling done with Photoshop Elements 6Mirror cardstock for rimsTFL!
