MethodCut all vegetables and paneer into thick long strips. Fry the cashew nuts and raisins. Keep aside. Heat the oil and temper the garam masala. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté lightly. Now increase the flame and add onions. When the onions are sautéed without changing color add the tomato puree, salt, sugar and butter.Sprinkle a little water and reduce the flame. Add the paneer and toss all ingredients together lightly. Finally, add the capsicums and toss again. Serve hot.
