Welcome to another week of Mail Call Sunday...and what a week it was! I am so excited with the unique postcards I received this week! First, from Wales, Emily sent this sweet as can be card. And guess what? She didn't even know that I was a tea lover! Thanks, Emily...I love it!The next card was rather shocking when I found it in the mailbox! It is a real puzzle that was glued to a thick piece of cardboard! Li-Juan from Taiwan sent this unique handmade card because she knows I like the strange and unusual! On the back she tells me that the picture on the puzzle was drawn by a famous painter called Jimmy. He apparently illustrates children's books in Taiwan! Thanks, Li-Juan!The next two cards are from Jayme in California. She thought it would be funny to send me a Maryland card since I live in Maryland! The craziest part about this is Ladybug just finished writing about Fort McHenry in her Maryland travel guide she is writing when we got this in the mail! Perfect timing!Jayme also sent this gorgeous vintage replica Hawaii card! She used to live in Hawaii (lucky girl!) so she just wanted to say, "Aloha!" Well, Aloha right back at you my friend! Thanks so much for the two cards :0)This crazy card is from Kati in Finland. She sent this one because she read that I like funny cards and she thought this fit the bill. She translates the card as saying, "Better under someone's thumb than under the sky." That doesn't quite make sense to me, so I am thinking it might mean "Better under someone's thumb than under the ground (as in dead!)" Thanks for the card, Kati! The last card for this week is the beautiful one from Inge in the Netherlands. She says this is a replica of a vintage music book from 1915. It is perfect, because Tulip Time will be very soon here in Maryland. It can't get here fast enough for me! Thanks my friend! These cards truly bring me such joy every day and I love sharing them. If you are traveling or out and about and find a postcard you think I would like, please send it! I will reciprocate and send one back to you for a thanks!Have a wonderful Sunday! All my postcard love,~I can not be separated from this or from you~
