Hello and welcome to yet another edition of the XanderGC Blog; your source for random musings of a random guy, who just so happens to be me. Hooray for me! I must say that there has certainly been a lot of changes going on at the XanderGC Blog this year and things have only just begun. Let’s see there was the blog refresh a couple of weeks ago [ an on going process I might add ], a new design is in the works as well as a few extra new features. Song of the Moment became it’s own entity, which is doing better than I initially expected, Webb Alert is over and done with [:( sad face ] and the new X-Play widget practically took care of the whole, “time to write about X-Play” thing I had going for a while. Change, can be good. Change, can be bad. Change, can be scary. Change is inevitable. Which brings me to my latest idea: Paying the Bills. So what exactly is “Paying the Bills?” Well, it’s a possible way for me to make money with my blog. Basically I will accept different paid ads to write a post about, it doesn’t matter if it’s a positive light or negative, it’s just about getting the message out there that Product A exists and what someone honestly thought of it. So I am going to do my best to write a cohesive well written review about something, whether I liked it or not. Honesty is the best policy after all. The good thing is you’ll know when I wrote an ad, because the policy to accept a written ad is the notification that it is actually a paid post. So at least you’ll know whether or not you are reading an ad or merely reading a random musing by me. We all have bills to pay and using my blog to do just that would be incredible. I’ll just have to wait and see to see how it all turns out in the end. Funny saying eh? “in the end.” Seems like waiting for something important to happen at the end of a long journey.
