Hello and welcome to the XanderGC Blog, your source for Champions Online, news, previews and any updates, apparently. I was thinking that despite the title “MMO Watch” it seems to have changed into more of a “Champions Online Watch” as of late. It is only because I am really excited for this game, I mean, I played Final Fantasy XI Online, I played Ragnarok Online, I played City of Heroes, I tried many, many free MMO’s, I tried the trial for Lord of the Rings, I was never into World of Warcraft, forgive me, but I wasn’t. I even recently tried a trial of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, but sadly, my PC couldn’t handle it very well, so the lag killed it for me. So having said all that, I think, that perhaps my vigilant watch over Champions Online, is justified. Either that, or I have no life, one of the two. Games Radar | Champions Online Preview Games Radar, a source of gaming knowledge, which usually is on top of what’s new, what’s hot and what totally sucks, not to mention being snarky and honestly funny, recently did a minor preview of Champions Online. Here is a small excerpt: Once you’re set up, you’ll be dropped off in the substantial world map and left to your own devices. The game is something of a landmark as it should be the very first decent MMO released for 360, and one of only a handful of games that support cross-platform play with PC gamers. Now, before you roll your eyes and click back – having already dismissed Champions Online as a nightmare of fiddly controls, dull menus, and endless fetch-and-carry missions – it might be worth reading on. Oh, read on we will. Check Out: Games Radar | Champions Online Preview
